Shipping Policy

We aim to ship orders quickly, carefully, and discreetly. All orders are packed in neutral packaging and shipped from the Netherlands.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship from the Netherlands to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Bulgaria.

2. Processing Times

Orders placed on working days are usually prepared for shipment the same day when placed before the stated daily cut-off time. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. The shipping policy states that weekday orders placed before 5 PM are usually shipped the same day.

3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Delivery may take longer during holiday periods, busy postal periods, or unexpected carrier delays.

4. Track and Trace

You automatically receive a track-and-trace email from the delivery service once your parcel has been shipped. We recommend monitoring the tracking link closely so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

If no one is available at the delivery address, the parcel may be redirected to a pickup point. In that case, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel in time.

If the tracking link shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact Daysy as soon as possible by email and include your order number so that we can investigate the shipment. The Terms page states this should be reported within 48 hours.

6. Peak Periods and Delays

We pack orders regularly on working days, but delivery can take longer during peak periods or when the shipping carrier experiences delays. During these times, the track-and-trace link remains the best source for real-time delivery updates.
