1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all physical product orders placed through the Daysy website by private customers. They govern the relationship between Daysy NL and the customer for purchases made through the online store.
2. Orders and Contract Formation
Product listings on the website are an invitation to place an order and do not constitute a legally binding offer. A purchase contract is formed once your order has been accepted and you receive an order confirmation by email.
All agreements that go beyond the online order process must be confirmed in writing.
3. Product Information
We aim to present all product information as clearly and accurately as possible. However, product descriptions, explanations, and website content may contain errors or omissions and do not constitute a binding guarantee unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown in the online store include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time before purchase. Once an order has been placed, the price paid at checkout remains the applicable purchase price.
Payment can only be made using the payment methods offered in the online store. If installment payment is offered and selected, the customer remains responsible for paying the full agreed amount under the chosen payment schedule.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Delivery may take longer during holiday periods, busy postal periods, or unexpected carrier delays.
Customers receive a track-and-trace email on the day of shipment. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is redirected to a pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting it on time. If the customer makes a direct drop-off arrangement with the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes according to that arrangement. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should contact Daysy promptly by email and include the order number so that an investigation can begin.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product has not been used. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Daysy by email within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Returned items must be complete, unused, and sent back within 14 days after cancellation notice, using the return instructions provided by Daysy. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refunds
If a return is approved, Daysy will refund the amount received for the order using the original payment method. Refunds may be reduced if the returned goods show loss of value due to unnecessary handling.
Used products are not eligible for refund. Packaging and payment processing costs incurred by the supplier are not refunded. The original policy states that these non-refundable costs currently amount to approximately 10 to 15 euros per parcel.
8. Liability
Daysy is liable only within the limits permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or delivery failures caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, product materials, texts, images, and documentation provided through the website remain the property of their respective rights holders. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
